In the heart of Bracebridge, Ontario, Simply Cottage has long been known for its timeless furniture, décor, and Muskoka-inspired lifestyle. When it came time to expand into a larger, purpose-built location, they turned to Kodiak Metal Buildings to bring their vision to life — a modern retail environment that reflects their heritage, craftsmanship, and character.
Kodiak designed and supplied a custom-engineered steel building that merges function and feeling: spacious open-concept interiors, high ceilings, and large window spans that flood the store with natural light. The result is a structure that feels warm, inviting, and distinctly Muskoka — while offering the performance, efficiency, and durability of precision Canadian steel.
