The Sutton Project is a 10,000 sq. ft. Kodiak steel building designed to balance heavy-duty storage capacity with personal comfort and recreation. Measuring 100' x 100' x 20', the building features Kodiak’s signature combination of structural strength, thermal efficiency, and precision detailing — creating a versatile, all-season environment that’s as functional as it is impressive.

Built on an Econoslab foundation system with a Kodiak and Driftwood Mechanical in-floor heating setup, the space stays warm and efficient year-round. High R42 roof insulation and R28 wall insulation ensure maximum energy performance, while full liner panels and a standing seam roof system deliver a clean, finished aesthetic.

The Sutton build also includes thoughtful finishing touches — a roof ice guard systemgutters and downspouts, and Regent Grey liner panels that tie together the Regent Grey roof, Charcoal Grey walls, and White trims into a cohesive, modern look.

Whether it’s for equipment storage, a golf simulator, or simply a place to unwind, the Sutton Project shows how functional steel design can blend seamlessly with personal comfort and recreation.
