Built on an Econoslab foundation system with a Kodiak and Driftwood Mechanical in-floor heating setup, the space stays warm and efficient year-round. High R42 roof insulation and R28 wall insulation ensure maximum energy performance, while full liner panels and a standing seam roof system deliver a clean, finished aesthetic.
The Sutton build also includes thoughtful finishing touches — a roof ice guard system, gutters and downspouts, and Regent Grey liner panels that tie together the Regent Grey roof, Charcoal Grey walls, and White trims into a cohesive, modern look.
